Masie did so well at her presentation today, she was a little shy but handled the pressure perfectly. This was her first speech and I'm so proud of her, its scary standing up in front of people but she did it and did it well. Her class mates were great listeners and gladly asked her questions when she was done. They were very interested in Welly and loved seeing him.
She pointed to the picture of Welly as a hatchling just three years ago and then she pulled out Welly as her grand finale and her audience went wild.
Her teacher Ms Miller is very supportive and was delighted to have Masie come in a present her project even though it was nothing to do with school.
