Teacher Teacher

So I'm in my 30's and I finally know what I want to do as a career! A TEACHER.

People have told me for many years that this would be a great career choice for me, I always wanted to but never thought I could take on the responsibility of teaching children..... Until now, I have had the most wonderful opportunity to work with an amazing, passionate and caring teacher. I have worked with her for only a month and sadly she is transferring back to a pre-school which is where her heart belongs. Mrs. Muncy opened new doors for me without even knowing it, and I can never thank her enough. 

The next good news is, I will be taking over from her as substitute teacher until the position is filled. I'm so nervous but super excited, I've been training for a few weeks now and I'm confident that I wont let the kids down while they wait for the next teacher to take over.

This week will be my transition week and then she is out, wish me luck!!

He is so big now that we had to buy a huge dog kennel that takes up over half our garage for him in the winter.

Triathlon

Last Friday morning Chris was asked to run in a triathlon, he hates to run but is very fast. He said yes, so they had there team, for when....... The next morning!!

 Chris, Mitch and Jason did amazing and won 3rd place! I will add it was bitter cold that morning.

For Chris's birthday we bought tickets to A Rascal Flatts concert, Ive never been to a live concert so I was super excited.

The girls were WILD with excitement, dancing the whole time. Masie knew most of the songs so she was delighted.

The Band Perry were there and I LOVE them!!

Pumpkin Patch 2013

Yesterday we took the girls to Las Cruces to visit the pumpkin patch.

 

 Its always a great day, not once have we not had the best time and yesterday was no different.

 Every year is a different maze, this year was a can of soup.

 OK, so this totally cracked me up "A bed of flowers" in a bed frame!! Wow I'm immature.
