PHOTO OVERLOAD
Once you get to the end of this post you will understand why I couldn't put any less photos on. They are AMAZING, for all of us I think this was the absolute high light of the trip.
Our guide was great, he was fun to be with and gave us all a great time. The water was a constant 45 degrees, at the time this didn't feel so bad but it was like needles.
Refreshing, but dry in minutes.
Even Hailey (who generally prefers to be inside) absolutely loved this experience.
We had a bucket full of the icy water for hat dipping.
So glad my parents were with us, they are always the finishing touch of our amazing adventures.
This can of cold lemonade was very welcome half way through.
We stopped at the "beach" we were so hot by this point but I tell you what, that water was bloody freezing. Chris drove straight in and nearly had a heart attack.
Didn't want anyone to miss the same experience.....
Not even my poor dad, it happened so fast I didn't even get the chase on camera.
Luckily my dad is used to this kind of treatment and is always a great sport.
If he goes down, he is going to bring someone smaller down:)
I love you dad, I don't say that as often as I should. xx
Time for me and Mum, yeah only to the tops of our legs, it was painful.
