Snapchat Fun

2020

The innocence in our eyes! We did not know just how bad 2020 was going to get...
My wonderful gym family! My life is so much better with these people in it!

My new bestie! You can't have too many besties, right! Love you Audrey

I didn't realize quite how much I would miss people in my life.

Taylor Time

As my girls get older, we seem to have less and less time to just hang out. Taylor asked if we could go on a mom/daughter date. We found a day that worked and hit the mall.
I love this wild child of mine.
These were the quickest selfies I've ever done, Taylor hates drawing attention to herself so we had to do it fast! Luckily we are both cute.

Trifecta is Complete

Saturday September 7th 2019 Chris, Brandie and I hit the 13.1, 33 obstacle Spartan Beast course in Seattle. This race was the last piece to complete Chris and I's Trifecta. I'm beyond proud of all of us, we trained hard which allowed us to enjoy the race. It was hard, some parts were not pretty, however, it was full of achviements, smiles and team bonding.

I talk to my brother before every Spartan race. I love that we are on this journey together.

Very first Spartn rope climb! I have never been able to climb the rope before during a spartan race, I've trained hard, I wanted this more than anything. I HIT THAT BELL!! I flew up that rope on the Friday's open house, I was even able to hit the bell the next day during my Beast, but then there was Sunday...Sunday was the day that my team from the gym were running a sprint together. I was so excited until I realized that it was raining. Rain means mud, mud means slippery rope. I approached the rope with little hope but quickly realized that I could grip it better that I thought, despite the mud. I started going up and I was almost at the bell when my arms started to give up. I look down to see Chris and Brandie staring at me and giving me the "get up that fucking rope" look. I climbed a little higher and reached for the bell, I missed. Not only did I miss, I slid down a little and could no longer reach the bell. I was ready to cry and give up, I looked down and surrounding Brandie and Chris were my whole team PLUS everyone else at this obstacle. I don't know how I did it but I managed to climb the distance needed to whack that rope. The whole ground exploded with a roar that I will remember forever. I was literally as high as a kite!!
Reach for the stars

This is our absolutely fabulous team. They are like my family. I've made some really awesome friends. These people motivate me every day! I think I've found another happy place.
